I had a really good first act, but after realizing that a college degree did not open the kinds of professional doors I expected it would, supporting my former husband’s professional training, and raising my boys, I needed to find something that would ignite a fire inside of me. Over the years I’ve wondered where someone goes to learn to give facials, perform waxing, or give a chemical peel, and now I know. I started my second act and new beginning by attending The Skin Institute where I received my Master Esthetician training. I was selected to stay at The Skin Institute and continue training for licensure as an Esthetics Instructor. I am currently the owner of Skin and Needle Esthetics at E’lan Salon where I have partnered with a local physician to bring medspa treatments into a solo esthetic practice where prices are reasonable and results remain uncompromised. I also instruct part-time at The Skin Institute. I specialize in anti-aging treatments and results-driven customized facials. I have received advanced training in Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT or microneedling) and product training from Herbal Skin Solutions, product knowledge and stem-cell treatments from AnteAGE, advanced chemical peel, and product knowledge from PCA Skin as well as Lucrêce Physicians’ Aesthetic Research. I strive to continue learning, so that I can stay at the forefront of skin trends and treatments.
